The next webinar in “The Fintech Times Presents” series revolved around SPAC's, more specifically the current state of the market and what Fintechs need to know about them.

2021 was a hallmark year for the public markets, with a record number of special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) created. After raising more than $160billion on US exchanges last year, SPACs will continue to deliver bold opportunities in 2022. With more than 580 SPACs currently looking for targets, it's time for fintechs to learn more about SPACs as an option to finance growth strategy and go public.
